Orders cannot be edited or cancelled after they have been placed. Once you place your order, it immediately is on its way to fulfillment.
Out of Stock
If an item or a size is showing "out of stock" that means that the item is sold out. If you would like know if we are able to get more please send us an email at email@example.com with your request, description of item/item number/size requesting inquiry about and we will email you back and let you know if we can special order for you.
If you receive any items damaged please contact us ASAP so we can sort out any issues with damaged items right away. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number, description, your contact information (both email and phone number) and photo of the issue. We will review and get back to you next steps as well as send you out a replacement item.
Received an incorrect item in your order
It is our priority to ensure that any issues are resolved right away. If you feel you received an incorrect item(s) please contact us right away at email@example.com with your order number and the incorrect item's name. We will get back to you as soon as possible and work to resolve any issues ASAP.
Missing Items from your order
We work hard to ensure that all of your items are on their way to you. Please be aware that we may have sent your items in multiple/separate packages so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately. If your order has been sent in different packages then each delivery packing slip will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the packing slip from each part of your order to make sure you're not missing anything. If an item is missing, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and the missing item's name as soon as possible. We will investigate and resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.
