Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items. Item must be unworn, in sell-able condition, all tags must be attached and original packaging in tack.  We do not offer refunds but will issue you a credit upon receipt. We will email you back with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which you will need to include with your return mailed back to us.  Please note you are responsible for the shipping fees to ship back the goods to us.

Accessories, Shoes and Jewelry products are considered FINAL SALE and are not returnable. All Sale items are considered FINAL SALE and are not returnable.

In addition if you would like to exchange your clothing items please contact us prior to mailing back the merchandise at info@sweetcharmboutique.com and request an exchange.  We will email you back with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which you will need to include with your return mailed back to us. Please note you are responsible for the shipping fees to ship back the goods to us.

Once we receive the original item(s) and your package is processed, you will receive an email with your credit in the amount paid (excluding any shipping costs). This usually takes between 5-7 business days after we receive the items. We do not offer refunds.

Sweet Charm Boutique will happily accept back unworn items with tags attached and issue you a store credit within 7 days of the day you receive your items. Items must be unworn, in sell-able condition with all tags attached.  All Sale items, products noted as FINAL SALE in the description including all Accessories, Shoes, Jewelry and Sale items are FINAL SALE.
